Fix construction, capacity, coating, print, lid and sleeve first. Two products both called 12oz are not comparable when their wall or lid differs.

02 | Separate order costs from unit prices
Ask for artwork, setup, sample, spot-colour and special preparation costs to be listed, then confirm whether each is included in the total.
03 | Put lids and packing on the same sheet
Compare lid quantity, packing unit, pieces per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight and CBM.
04 | Do not compare factory and delivered prices directly
Record currency, Incoterm and named place, then identify whether inland transport, export clearance, sea freight and destination charges are included.
05 | Questions to ask when one price is much lower
Check for a missing lid, different order quantity, reduced packing or a shorter freight scope. An unanswered item remains unconfirmed.
